
Rachel Gordon obtained her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from UW-Whitewater in 2013. She acquired her Substance Abuse Counseling License in 2014 and earned her full Counseling License in 2017. After completing her internship with Manitowoc County Human Services and working at Innovative Counseling, she worked for Froedtert/HFM Behavioral Health from 2017-2025. For the duration of this time, she provided school-based therapy for middle and high school students in Manitowoc and worked with clients in the clinic, ages 6-70 on a variety of challenges. She also facilitated the Relapse Prevention group working with both voluntary clients and clients who were on probation/parole or involved with CPS.
Rachel has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and has ample experience working with individuals with substance use issues. She became a Certified Autism Specialist in 2023 and has been a contributor to the Neuroscience Education Group for pain through HFM, has spoken at conferences, offered community training on working with various groups, and hosted an online coping video series during COVID.
